Would like to highly recommend this shop as I had my car checked a few weeks back & was given the wrong diagnosis. The mechanic let me know what I needed to take care of immediately to make sure I was safe on the road and let me know the things I should get done soon (which were the high priced repairs the other mechanic said were the issue). Not to mention he finished removing my backing plate (it was installed incorrectly), replaced my alternator cable, rear brake shoes and cylinders in less than 2 hours! I found my new mechanic 😁

After many years of trying out different shops. Looking for an honest and "Good" mechanic, I think I have finally found one. After being referred to these guys by friends I decided why not! What else but my hard earned money do I have to lose. Well...I actually got my vehicle back in a timely manner (1 day! not 3-4 days like other places) an everything was fixed correctly!! The owner explained everything in detail as to the repair costs & the mechanic (Jose) was very knowledgeable an not pushy at all. The best part was the payment plan for your repairs, if you can't pay for all your service needs they have an online loan service called "snap"!...and with NO CREDIT CHECK!! How awesome is that? Needless to say my vehicles and I have found our new mechanics! Thank you Northgate!

I have been bringing my personal and business vehicles to Northgate for 12 years. They all know me and my vehicles. They do awesome work. I live 20 miles from Northgate, but when i need to get my vehicles repaired, I drive pass many mechanic shops to go there. I will not let any other shop work on my vehicles.
